Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from By Parra, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all signature Parra artwork tags are attached and the product is protected.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
